Stir together: Greek yogurt, sour cream and taco seasoning.
Spread in the bottom of a serving dish.
Cook the Ground Beef. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning + splash of water.
Let cool slightly and spread over the creamy base.
Warm your queso so it spreads easily.
Pour or spoon over the beef layer.
Spread a thin layer of refried black beans if using.
Add Fresh Layers: Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, red onion (optional)
Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top.
Finish with Healthy Fats: Avocado or guacamole
