- For hard-boiled: Place eggs in boiling water and cook for about 12 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and warm water. Adjust thickness by adding more or less water.
- Cut the eggs in half and drizzle the spicy sauce over them. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or kimchi for extra flavor.
