Neiman Marcus Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bacon bits or freshly cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 –3 green onions chopped
  • Optional flavor boost:
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. ook and crumble bacon if not using bacon bits. Lightly toast sliced almonds in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes for better flavor
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, almonds, and green onions.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop and thicken into a creamy dip texture.

Notes

We tested this Neiman Marcus dip recipe with both bacon bits and freshly cooked bacon, and the fresh bacon gave the best flavor and texture. For best results, refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour before serving—this helps the creamy dip thicken and enhances the flavor.
