Charcuterie Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • heese any semi-soft or firm cheese cut into bite-size pieces
  • Side note: I used Babybel but any cheese works.
  • Cantaloupe cubed or balled
  • Olives
  • Prosciutto cut or torn into small folded pieces
  • Optional: balsamic drizzle
  • Optional: basil for freshness

Method
 

  1. Cut cheese into small cubes or wedges.
  2. Tear or cut Prosciutto into small folded strips.
  3. Build each skewer ( ex. Cantaloupe → Cheese → Olive → Prosciutto)
  4. Add Optional Balsamic. A small drizzle works great, or keep it on the side for strict low-carb.
