Airfryer Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
  • 8 slices thin-cut bacon cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika or regular paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce Optional
  • ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic grated
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 –2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ –½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat the shrimp completely dry with paper towels. This helps the bacon brown properly.
  2. in a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Wrap each shrimp with ½ slice of bacon, starting near the tail and spiraling toward the top. Avoid overlapping the bacon too much so it crisps evenly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Place the bacon wrapped shrimp seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until: The bacon is browned and crispy and the shrimp are opaque and cooked through
  7. If needed, air fry an additional 1–2 minutes to get the bacon extra crispy.
  8. For the optional sauce: Stir everything together until smooth.
