Wrap each shrimp with ½ slice of bacon, starting near the tail and spiraling toward the top. Avoid overlapping the bacon too much so it crisps evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
Place the bacon wrapped shrimp seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until: The bacon is browned and crispy and the shrimp are opaque and cooked through
If needed, air fry an additional 1–2 minutes to get the bacon extra crispy.
