Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean mushrooms gently with a damp paper towel. Remove stems and finely chop them.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sausage.
  4. Cook until browned, about 6–7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon.
  5. Add the chopped stems, onion, and garlic.
  6. Sauté 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. In a medium bowl, combine the sausage mixture with cream cheese, Parmesan, herbs, and Italian seasoning.
