Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber chopped
  • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced

Method
